About the role

Provide receptionist and administrative support to the staff, patients and visitors of the Day Rehabilitation Unit. The day rehabilitation unit at Calvary see a variety of patients who attend the gymnasium and Hydrotherapy pool.

What you bring

• Experience working in a customer focused environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and a multi- disciplinary team both face to face and over the telephone
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to problem solve
• Recent experience in an administrative role in a health care facility
• Proven ability to work in a demanding environment with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of patient admission, discharge and billing or equivalent systems
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah. A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
